NSA GFP Softball
TOURNAMENT SITES:
Typically most NSA GFP Softball games this season are being played at the
PNC Bank / River Road Complex (6 fields). Other site locations are also listed below:
- PNC Bank / River Road Complex – 1900 River Road; Kankakee, IL. Approx. 1-½ miles east of IL Route 50 at River Road. This is just off the grounds of Kankanee Community College. Simplest direct access, if coming South on I-57 is to go to Exit 308. At that light, turn Left (North). Travel one mile, to River Road (stoplight intersection; brick facade for Kankakee Community College is right there). Turn Right (East), and travel 1.5 miles. Complex will be on your left. (Map It!)
- Riverside / Butterfield Softball Complex (4 Fields) is located at the intersections of Main Street (BTW, it’s anything BUT a main street) and Butterfield. Travel South on I-57 to Exit 312 / Court Street. Take Court Street West probably 3-4 miles. Look for the intersection of Main Street, and turn Right (North) onto Main. Travel about ½ mile. You’ll see the complex on your right. (Map It!)
- BBYSL (Bradley-Boutbonnais Four-plex) AND Cornerstone Fields (2) at the Cornerstone Church – IF coming South on I-57, take the Manteno exit (last exit before Kankakee) and turn Right (West). Travel about 2 miles, until you come to Career Center Road. Turn Left (South) and travel about 4-5 miles, where you’ll see Cornerstone, or 6 (or so) miles where you’ll see the complex on your left.
From I-57 Exit 315, travel North approx. 1/2 mile, to Larry Powers Road. Turn Left (West). Travel approx. 1.25 miles to Convent Street; turn Left (South). Travel approx. 1/2 mile, to Bethel Drive; Turn Right (West). Drive as far as Bethel goes, which is Career Center Road; Turn Left (South). You’ll see the complex immediately on your left. BB Complex physical address is 3339 N 1000 W Road. (Map It!)
- Kankakee High School (2 Fields) – One mile West of Route 45 at Jeffrey Avenue. From I-57, Exit 308, turn Left (North) onto Route 45. Travel north approx. 2 miles, to Jeffrey (slight split at that intersection; easiest to take the left fork). Turn Left (West). Travel approx. 1 mile west to high school; use driveway at west end of school to get to parking and fields. (Map It!)
- Bradley / Wards Park (1 Softball Field) -- Field is approx. 0.2 miles west of IL Route 50 on North Street. Intersection is North and Industrial Drive. Turn onto Industrial Drive, and go just past first building on right. Turn Right onto Prince Drive; proceed to parking lot. Softball field is behind lot. (Map It!)
. - Waukegan Sports Park SB/BB Complex -- 13391 W Beach Road (Intersection: W. Beech Road & N Bayonne Avenue); Waukegan, Illinois 60087; Just West of N. Green Bay Road / IL 131, 3.5 miles North of Grand Avenue. (Map It!)

SITES:
- Diamond Point Park -- 6279 N. 1000 West Rd, Bourbonnais, IL, 60914-4144. N 1000 West is also Career Center Road. Baseball/Softball 6-plex is approx. 2-3 miles South of W. 9000 N. Road; or 3.3 Miles North of the intersection fo Career Center Road and route 102. (Map It!)
- PNC Bank / River Road Complex – Approx. 1-½ miles east of IL Route 50 at River Road. This is just off the grounds of Kankanee Community College.
